Josie Pryor-Jones – Our Risk and Compliance Director
Josie joined iPSL, from Barclays Bank, after being seconded to assist in the set up a large team, training colleagues in fraud detection.
Her success with this project led to her to join the Change Team as a Business Analyst where she spent four years driving and supporting transformation across the business.
Her knack for detail and strategic thinking encouraged her to join the Risk and Compliance team.
Josie progressed to Head of Compliance & External Audit, overseeing legal and regulatory compliance and steering iPSL through its many audits.
More recently, Josie has added the titles of Data Protection Officer and Company Secretary to her portfolio, further cementing her role as a cornerstone of iPSL’s governance framework.
Josie has spent the last 11 years with the Risk and Compliance Team, developing her enthusiasm for all things “Risk” and undertaking numerous activities including facilitating Operational Risk Assessments (ORAs) to leading process risk reviews and managing countless client and external audits, so it’s a natural progression for her to now lead the team and drive our Control objective as Risk and Compliance Director.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys spending time with her husband and youngest stepson, cheering on both women’s and men’s rugby teams—especially Northampton Saints and Loughborough Lightning. Whether it’s a nail-biting match or a sunny afternoon at the stadium, rugby is a shared family passion!
