At iPSL, our approach to diversity and inclusion is simple: create and foster an environment where everyone can be themselves.  We recognise the important role that inclusion and diversity play in our worklife, in our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and within the communities we live in.

Our main aims are to:

  • Support the health and wellbeing of our colleagues
  • Encourage diverse teams, innovation and creativity to drive performance

Fostering an inclusive culture that focuses on respect, positive ideas, and equal opportunity for all people is key to innovation and growth.  Equality for all is a basic human right and we actively oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.  

That’s why we are dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture, celebrating the diversity of society and striving to promote and reflect the diversity within our organisation.

Our D&I Forum

Our D&I forum publish information on a range of topics to help raise awareness around the identified protected characteristics.  Their calendar of activities promote, support and celebrate different topics each month.

The Group’s three main focus areas:

Engage our colleagues and provide an environment where everyone feels included and has a voice.

Measure D&I activity to enable us to monitor our D&I progress. 

Educate – signpost and provide education on D&I to improve awareness.
