Jonathan Astley
Jon joined the iPSL team in May 2025 as Chief Operating Officer and was recently appointed CEO. As Chief Executive Officer Jon is accountable to the Board, providing strategic leadership, maintaining our people centred culture, and ensuring we continue to deliver world class service for our clients.
Prior to joining iPSL Jon was the Chief Delivery Officer for Price Waterhouse Coopers Operate business.
Jon led the development of the UK managed services business, leveraging his expertise in coordinating and implementing large scale projects whilst developing and empowering others to succeed.
Outside of work, Jon is married, with four grown-up children and two dogs. He lives in Nottingham and spends his downtime watching all kinds of sport, having been a keen Rugby and Football player in his youth.
