Jonathan Astley
Jon joined the iPSL team during the first half of 2025 and brought a huge amount of experience from his varied 40-year career.
During his time spent working at Nat West and, more recently, Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he led the development of their UK managed service business, Jon enhanced his supportive leadership style.
At work, Jon’s expertise is coordinating and implementing large scale projects and driving change, whilst developing and empowering others to succeed.
Jon’s credentials as a qualified coach and counsellor have helped him to develop the art of listening to understand others.
Outside of work, Jon is married, with four grown-up children and two dogs. He lives in Nottingham and spends his downtime watching all kinds of sport, having been a keen Rugby and Football player in his youth.
