Jeanette Reed – Our Chief Information Officer
Jeanette joined us in January 2023 as Head of our IT Team, a perfect fit as an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in the industry, specialising in IT services for Finance, Media, Information Technology and OTT sectors.
She was appointed our CIO in January of 2025, after supporting her predecessor and the team to successfully deliver our Cloud Programme.
Jeanette recognises the importance of efficient
Service Management that drives a ROI, whilst ensuring timely communication and good stakeholder management.
Having studied for her MBA via the Open University, she is also keen to provide opportunities for development.
Outside of work, Jeanette is a keen walker living in a picturesque area of the world and leans on the power of a good podcast to keep updated on industry trends.
