Terms and Conditions

By submitting this candidate, the Supplier warrants: 1. the accuracy of the information supplied to iPSL in any documents provided in this application, or directly by the Candidate, to iPSL about the experience, training, qualifications; 2. that if, at any time prior to the Candidate start date or during their term, the Supplier becomes aware of any reason why the Candidate may be unsuitable to perform the agreed services, the Supplier shall notify iPSL immediately, and co-operate fully with any further enquiries iPSL may make in connection with that information; 3. that each of its Candidates have been pre-screened for suitability for the vacancy, in accordance with Good Industry Practice and/or the iPSL’s requirements; 4. that neither the Supplier nor the Candidate is/are prevented by any other agreement or arrangement or any restriction (including, without limitation, a restriction in favour of any employment agency, employment business, or iPSL of either of them) from fulfilling in full their respective obligations under this recruitment process; 5. that it has complied with the provisions of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 with respect to the Candidate and shall provide iPSL proof of the Candidate's right to work in the UK 6. that the Candidate does not hold any directorships, positions of office or employment, nor undertakes any work on a consultancy basis or otherwise or has any interests which would (or may, in the reasonable opinion of iPSL) either compromise their obligations to perform the role they are applying for; 7. that the Candidate and the Supplier disclose any conflict of interest on their part, where such conflict of interest is made known to the Supplier by the Candidate. 8. acknowledges and understands that the sending of monies offshore is considered non-compliant for iPSL’s business purposes and will result in immediate termination of all agreements with the Supplier and accordingly it has not and shall not send any monies offshore at any time for any reason in the course of supplying Services to iPSL under the Agreements, unless agreed in writing in advance by iPSL.
