iPSL’s Wellness Challenge

To help ensure our people are happier, heathier, and more energetic at work and at home, we are running a Wellness Challenge during September.
The purpose of the challenge is to encourage our people to be healthier and change their lifestyle behaviours. |
Colleagues can earn points by getting more sleep each night, drinking more water, smoking and drinking less or even signing up for something new for instance joining a new gym or cooking classes.
Another example of how iPSL is supporting colleagues through promoting a healthier lifestyle, whilst having fun at the same time.
We’ll keep you updated on our progress and will announce the winners after the challenge closes. |
