iPSL’s Wellness Challenge

  To help ensure our people are happier, heathier, and more energetic at work and at home, we are running a Wellness Challenge during September.

The purpose of the challenge is to encourage our people to be healthier and change their lifestyle behaviours.

Colleagues can earn points by getting more sleep each night, drinking more water, smoking and drinking less or even signing up for something new for instance joining a new gym or cooking classes.

Another example of how iPSL is supporting colleagues through promoting a healthier lifestyle, whilst having fun at the same time.

We’ll keep you updated on our progress and will announce the winners after the challenge closes.
