Operations & HR Director

This is my second time working at iPSL and, when I rejoined over two years ago, I was excited to take up the challenge of working on the people side of the Company’s biggest transformation programme. Being HR and Communications Director has its challenges as we implement a new site strategy, which will impact over half of our people and all 9 of our sites as we transition to a digital payments business.

In between my iPSL roles I worked for Homeserve, where I successfully supported the business through a period of rationalization and realignment to a customer centric business, and Look Ahead where I was accountable for the people agenda and communications strategy.

Prior to that I’d been with Nationwide Building Society for 12 years in a variety of roles including leading on the acquisition of the Derbyshire, Dunfermline and Cheshire Building Societies during the banking crisis in 2008.

Since rejoining iPSL I’ve proactively led the people and training workstreams focusing on the future operational TOM. It’s great to be part of an organisation with an excellent history of customer service and innovation, working on an exciting people agenda as we go through this significant change. ICS is a huge challenge and I’m committed to ensuring our people are fully supported and informed as we progress on our journey.
