iPSL Executive Team

Our executive team is drawn from a legacy of banking and financial services operations, consulting and outsourcing services. We understand the challenges faced by senior executives in banking and financial services operations, having faced some of these challenges ourselves, in past operational leadership roles with market leaders.

The direct reports to the executive team and a large part of their teams are also drawn from a rich legacy in banking and financial services.

	Jim Large Chief Executive Officer Jim has been working in the Financial Services industry for 39 years starting with Citibank, whom he joined in Belfast, in 1971 and where he held numerous overseas management posts in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Ireland and the UK. Jim joined GE Money in 2004 where he was Vice President & Head of Operations Europe and since 2006 until end of 2009 was General Manager and Head of Service Delivery for HSBC Bank Plc in the UK.
	Geoff Ambrose Business Change Director Geoff has over 20 years experience in financial services and has worked with each of the UK’s leading clearing banks as well as a number of international consulting and outsourcing organisations. He is an expert in regulatory programmes, international payments systems and outsourcing arrangements in corporate, investment and retail banking environments. Geoff has a wealth of experience in senior level programme management and was most recently with Barclays Bank on the delivery of some significant strategic change programmes. His corporate life included spells at Xansa where he was Director of their Financial Services arm and Abbey where he was the Chief Operations Officer for the Compliance Division. Prior to joining Xansa in 1998, Geoff spent several years in consulting, initially with PA Consulting and then as a Senior Manager and Director with KPMG.
	Leo Csaky General Counsel & Company Secretary Leo was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary to iPSL in January 2007. Leo is responsible for new business contract negotiations and is integral to the commercial team’s focus on cost control and purchasing best practice. Supported by a panel of law firms, Leo advises the business on company, employment, litigation and general commercial legal issues.
	Paul Demby Finance Director Paul has 10 years’ experience in Finance Director roles in various organisations in European and Global roles. Prior to iPSL, Paul was with Unisys in the UK and in the US, where he worked with leading banks and financial services organisations to reduce costs via solutions from the Systems Technology division.
	Dave Hall IT Director Dave is responsible for the design, development, build and support of all of iPSL’s applications and IT infrastructure as well as day-to-day IT service delivery to all internal and external clients. Dave has 25 years' experience in IT, 13 of those in various management and leadership roles with IBM, Lombard Tricity Finance, First National and Abbey National. While at Abbey, Dave was responsible for a major off-shoring project. He provides oversight for key change programmes, as well as ensuring that our systems and our links into key banking systems are delivering to requirements.
	Andrea Lattimore Risk, Compliance and HR Director Andrea runs iPSL’s independent risk team, including a specialist Business Continuity unit. She is a Chartered management accountant with 14 years’ experience in leading corporate audit & risk management functions within industry and commercial practice; responsible for a team with significant retail banking experience.
	Ajit Melarkode Client Relationship Director Ajit Melarkode is responsible for strategy, business development and running of all client accounts and relationships. He is also responsible for all industry facing activity and our relationship with APACS. Prior to iPSL, Ajit was at EDS, where he held various multi-location, multi-offering sector and account leadership roles and led strategic global projects for the EDS board, including work on the Agile Enterprise platform. Prior to switching to hands-on roles in outsourcing, Ajit was a country manager for a $4bn mutual fund investing in emerging markets and technology equities and has invested in many of today’s leading offshore outsourcers in their infancy.
	Bob Wright Operations Director Bob is responsible for all operations across sites, service stability and performance against SLAs and industry Service Level Codes (SLCs). He has spent 25 years in various operational roles within the banking and financial service industry with Barclays Bank and MBNA Europe. He has held a variety of senior positions within both organisations, more latterly as Head of Infrastructure and Networks at Barclays and as Head of IT for Europe with MBNA. Bob joined iPSL in 2006 as IT Operations Director and took up his current role in 2008.
