Our Operation

Our raison d’être as a BPO is to provide better, faster, cheaper services to our clients and everything we do is focused on this simple philosophy. Our high performance team culture is underpinned by rigorous people management and uncompromising performance management against crystal clear client outcome-based objectives.

We work off three principles:

  1. driving quality up drives out cost
  2. costs follow headcount
  3. controlling risk reduces liability and loss

Every function in the company is aligned and focused on common objectives. Service Delivery is at the heart of all activity and the IT functions and the change programme are managed as support functions. As a result, we are fleet of foot and can deliver change faster and more effectively, unfettered by the constraints within a large corporation. iPSL is run on lean manufacturing lines – not as a banking back office. We operate a broad staff base mixing legacy experience with new employees, generating an enthusiastic and flexible workforce.
