iPSL Board

Our board is responsible for strategy and oversight.

Royston Hoggarth was appointed Chairman of iPSL in January 2006. He is the UK & Ireland Managing Director for Hays plc and a Venture Partner of Wellington Partners Venture Capital. He was previously CEO for BT Global Services UK, CEO for the UK, US and European subsidiaries of Cable & Wireless plc and before that, held executive management positions with Logica plc and IBM. He is an active member of the NSPCC and Lord's Taverners.

Rob Chapman (Unisys), Rob Chapman is Vice President and Managing Director for UKMEA with responsibility for the business across the region. Rob is an engineer by training and was formerly EMEA Head of BPO at EDS and CEO of Computershare in EMEA, besides a stint at Equitant. He has more than 20 years of business, general management and leadership experience with a range of blue chip and entrepreneurial organisations. Prior to EDS, Rob worked as a consultant, independently and with Technology Partners International (TPI).

Jim Coyle (Lloyds TSB), Finance Director, Group Operations, Lloyds Banking Group – Jim joined the Bank of Scotland in 1991 from a senior position in BP, following qualification as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and a degree in law and accountancy from Glasgow University. In 2001, following the completion of the merger with Halifax, Jim was appointed Group Chief Accountant of the wider HBOS Group reporting to the Group Finance Director. He was appointed to his current position in Lloyds Banking Group in 2009. Jim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, on the Qualifications Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a member of the Financial Reporting Council's Financial Reporting Review Panel.

Nick Fraser (Unisys), Vice President and General Manager Unisys Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions for UKMEA, with responsibility for all Unisys Services business across the region. In his 25 years working for Unisys, Nick has developed and managed Unisys businesses in a range of key global as well as UK roles. Prior to his current role, Nick ran Unisys Global Industries in the UK Region with his primary focus being on the Financial Services and Commercial Industries.

Peter Frost (Barclays), Director, UK Retail Operations Barclays Bank. Joined Barclays in 2001 after 12 years with Woolwich Building Society and Woolwich PLC, and has undertaken a wide range of roles across retail banking, specialising in the mortgage business. Appointed Operations Director in 2006 with responsibility for managing across a number of different operational and change functions including: Retail Bank Collections (secured and unsecured), Fraud Operations, Debit Card Services, Unsecured Underwriting and Standard Life Customer Operations. Acted as Interim UK Retail Bank Risk Director, November 2008 – March 2009. Also a Director of Vaultex.

Bryan Leitch (HSBC), Head of Card Service Delivery UK. Bryan has worked for HSBC for 27 years holding a wide range of responsibilities in both personal and commercial banking across a range of disciplines including credit and risk management, relationship management and operations. He was appointed to his current role in 2009 where he is responsible for HSBC's UK credit and debit card operations across all its various brands with operational units in a number of sites both in the UK and in HSBC's global service centres in Asia Pacific. He is also responsible for all the associated major projects that support the cards business in the UK.

Matthew Piercy (Unisys), Finance Director, Unisys UKMEA, joined Unisys in October 2007 having worked in both finance and business management roles at several technology and outsourcing companies. Prior to joining Unisys, Matthew was Finance Director at Liberata Limited, a provider of outsourcing and technology services. Matthew has also held the roles of Managing Director and Finance Director of Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Amdahl) and has worked in Finance roles in the UK, Europe and Australia for Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Fujitsu Services. Matthew is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BA Honours degree in Accounting & Finance.
